Truth and Democracy, can they stand together?

Seeking Justice is not only time consuming but a hard test of patience in general and particularly in South Asia. Pakistan badly need reforms in judicial system right from the appointment of judges to strick check on maladministration, file and time management system through efficient use of IT and AI.

The century old obsolete rules should be reviewed, amend or revoked with the induction practical and fesible approach for the transparent and fair system of fixations and hearing of cases both in lower judiciary and high courts.

The judges performance and promotion shall be linked with their well reasoned speaking judgements and orders which may be upheld till apex court.

The record of judges and lawyers case profile shall be digitized through electronic media and trial should be time bound. There should be strick rules to limit number of adjournment and discharge in each and every matter backed by imposition of heavey costs, to save the precious time of Courts, lawyers and the litigants.

The summer and winter vacations of Court shall be ended and the rule of advocates in assisting courts as law officers shall be enhanced by active legal researchers and academics. The working relationship between lawyers and presiding officers should be based upon mutual respect.

Measures shall be taken to stop all forms of corruption, nepotism, influence which may deprive the society from the fruit of justice. The prolonged stay orders, delay in reserved orders/judgment should be avoided or may not be held for more than 15 days.

The misuse of concession of bail or exemptions from appearance should be reviewed and the court's orders and judgments shall be executed with iron hands to avoid further unnecessary delay in delivery of justice to the aggrieved decree holder.

What is a Mutual Divorce Deed?
A mutual divorce deed in Pakistan is a document in which a husband and wife mutually consent to a divorce. The Pakistan Divorce Deed format can be prepared by a lawyer. This Urdu or English Divorce Certificate must comply with the law.
With this registered divorce certificate, the divorce can be done in the courts of the Arbitration Council. Divorce certificates are valid until revoked. Many claims can be resolved through a mutual consent divorce deed.

Divorce by female:
A wife does have the right to file her divorce in family court based on reasons that must be demonstrated by her attorney. There is no bar to her right so she can get a divorce if the attorney proves her case. If you don't hire a seasoned divorce lawyer who can prove the case, the whole process will be pointless. Keep in mind that a woman can only get a divorce from the court on strong grounds that must be proven at the evidence stage. Females who are unable to travel to Pakistan can also use the overseas Pakistani divorce procedure.

In Pakistan, both the family courts and an arbitration council oversee the divorce process as Islamic Personal law provides relief to both when they can't maintain the marriage in the limits prescribed by ALLAH. After the divorce proceedings, a divorce decree is issued which is the proof of divorce in Pakistan.
We also have the facility of filing for a divorce electronically. Every divorce case in Pakistan is structured differently according to the situation. Islam recognizes a variety of types of divorce so does the law.
