Learned Counsel on the behalf of the appellant Hafiz Malik Mazhar Javed With his team appeard before DB-1 ( LHC Rawalpindi ), where the name of the appellant was in Fourth Schedule, the Learned Counsel contends that the appellant is neither a member of proscribed organization, nor the office bearer of any organization, keeping his name is Fourth Schedule against the Fundamental rights of the appellant which are ensured under Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973, the Honorable Divisional Bench allow the appeal and directed the ministry of interior to remove the name of the appellant from Fourth Sehudule
