Filing on TIME
1 Always File Income tax returns on time to avoid penalty or Audit
2 KEEP RECORDS
Keep all record,of Income, Expense,Assets & Liabilities for example , Bank Statements, Salary Tax Certificate, WHT Deduction detailed ,Assets purchase sold during the year Investment returns in Bank/National Saving,Loan Status etc
3 Meeting with Tax Consultant & Discussion Friendly
Always have a meeting with Tax Consultant & Cooperate with your Tax Consultant, without Filer Cooperation Income tax Consultant can not file properly
As Your Bank Statements does not show enough Information it just shows deposit ( credit ) & withdraws (Debit ) inexperience people make you a filer but wrong wealth will create issues for you in future .F.B.R system will make you a Filer even if you submit NIL returns form , In wealth statement you declared your Assets ,Liability & Expenses , your Assets can not be exceed your year end Income that year, Your Wealth Statements shows your Net Saving , your Purchasing Power that how much Assets you have, we recommend you always show all the Assets .Undisclosed Assets will not be legal as you have not declared in your wealth Statements later will be penalized accordingly as per Law
Before submitting your Tax Returns by your Tax Consultant always check Wealth Statements 116 either your Consultant have shown all the ASSETS you purchase with you own name or on your family members name, if you purchase assets on your wife name then you will have to show ASSET ON MY Wife Name CAR/Property
NOTE : Family members can purchase Assets with family members name but the sources must be legal and tax must be paid
otherwise The assets that are held in the names of wife, children, brothers and sisters would also be treated as Benami, if the source of income is unknown
4 Always Keep NTN Passowrd,
At the time of NTN registration use your personal Mobile Number & Email address & do not share your Password with Strangers If you use your personal detail In NTN Registration you can reset your password your self if some one use his own personal email or mobile then you can not reset your password yourself because SMS Code & EMAIL Code are required to reset the password ,in this situation you will have to go to relevant F.B.R RTO Offices
