Three years ago, I passed the 2023 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination.

After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management in 2022, becoming a licensed real estate broker the following year became one of the biggest milestones in my career.

It wasn’t an easy journey. There were many hours spent studying, a lot of self-doubt along the way, and moments when I questioned whether I was good enough. Thankfully the hard work paid off, and passing the exam remains one of my proudest achievements.

I’m grateful to my family, mentors, professors, classmates, friends, colleagues, and everyone who supported me throughout the journey. Thank you as well to Top Realty for recognizing this milestone and celebrating it with me.

Becoming a licensed real estate broker wasn’t the finish line. It was the start of a commitment to better serve my clients and help them make informed real estate decisions.

Three years later, I’m still learning, still growing, and grateful for every client who has trusted me to be part of their real estate journey. I look forward to helping many more people achieve their real estate goals.

I’m Tim. I started my real estate journey in 2021, and in 2023 I became a licensed real estate broker. 🇵🇭

My primary focus is residential real estate in Metro Manila and surrounding areas, particularly secondary market homes and pre-selling developments. 🏡

I’ve also closed commercial transactions, and I’m continuously expanding my knowledge and experience in both commercial and industrial real estate. 🏙️

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling whenever I can. One of our recent team trips took us to Chongqing, China 🇨🇳. It was one of the most memorable trips of my life.
