BASIC Requirements Before Going to a Notary Public to Have Your Document Notarized

1.Personal Appearance
The signatory must personally appear before the notary public.

2.Competent Proof of Identity (Government-Issued ID)
The signatory must present at least one valid government-issued ID. Common Acceptable IDs:
• PhilSys National ID
• Driver’s License
• PRC License
• UMID
• Senior Citizen ID
• TIN ID
• PWD ID
• Passport, etc

3.Copies of the Complete Document
Bring several copies of the complete document for notarization. The notary public will retain one (1) copy.

4.Supporting Documents (if necessary)
Provide any supporting documents required for the transaction.

5.Witnesses (if necessary)
Bring witnesses if required. They must also present valid IDs.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR ANNUAL INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) 2025 FILING

The Bureau of Internal Revenue has officially issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 030-2026, extending the deadline for the filing of 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns (AITR) and payment of corresponding taxes.

🗓️ New Deadline: May 15, 2026
(From the original deadline of April 15, 2026)

This extension aims to provide taxpayers ample time to file, pay, and submit required attachments without penalties.

💻 Taxpayers are encouraged to file and pay through BIR’s electronic platforms or via Authorized Agent Banks.
