PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT

Ang general rule, ang probationary employment ay hindi dapat lalagpas sa six (6) months simula noong ang isang empleyado ay nagsimulang magtrabaho, maliban na lang kung ang position eh covered ng apprenticeship agreement kung saan pwede ang longer period.

Ang isang empleyado na pinahintulutang magtrabaho pagkatapos ng six (6) months na probationary period ay maituturing na isang regular na empleyado.
