📄 TENANT SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
To help ensure a smooth and hassle-free tenancy, applicants will be asked to submit:
1. Proof of income
2. Complete list of intended occupants
3. Previous landlord’s name and contact information (if applicable)
🔐 VALID IDs
Valid government-issued IDs of the primary tenant and all adult occupants will be requested only if the application proceeds to lease contract signing. All intended occupants must be declared prior to signing.

Personal information and documents submitted will be used strictly for tenant screening, lease preparation, and tenancy records. All details are kept confidential.
⚠️ AS-IS LEASE & TURNOVER CONDITION
The property is offered on an AS-IS LEASE BASIS.
The house will be turned over clean and in proper working order before your move-in date. Any necessary repairs from previous use will be fully completed by the owner before your lease starts.
Prospective tenants are encouraged to inspect the home during scheduled viewings to ensure it fits their needs, as no landlord-funded cosmetic alterations will be made after signing.
