Did you know you can start a corporation all by yourself in the Philippines? 🤯
R.A. 11232 otherwise known as the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines now allows the organization of a corporation which compromises only of one person or stockholder.

R.A. 11232 Section 116 provides:

One Person Corporation. - A One Person Corporation is a corporation with a single stockholder: Provided, that only a natural person, trust, or an estate may form a One Person Corporation
