AUGUST 8-9, 2026 | THERE IS NO PLAN B: ROAD TO ₱3M WORKSHOP
On August 8–9, 2026, Sparta Credit Management Services, Inc. gathered its leaders—from Team Leaders to the Chairman—at LP AIC Gold Tower for an engaging and purpose-driven workshop entitled “There Is No Plan B: Road to ₱3M,” facilitated by Mr. Joel Del Corro of Migara Consulting and Training Services.
The two-day workshop went beyond numbers and targets. It challenged every participant to reconnect with the bigger “WHY” behind their goals.
Through meaningful activities, participants reflected on their personal dreams, aspirations for their families, career goals, and vision for the future—and courageously shared these with the group. Because behind every target is a dream worth working for.
From personal goals, the workshop shifted into action.
The Credit Investigation Department, Outside Client Department, and Financing Client Department discussed their respective strategies, priorities, and commitments toward contributing to Sparta’s target. Each team identified how they can strengthen ex*****on, improve performance, and turn their plans into measurable results.
And for Sparta, there is only one direction from here:
Forward Together.
No Plan B. Just one goal—and a team ready to go after it.
