The Santos Paruñgao Aquino & Santos Law Offices or SPASLAW was founded in 1994 by four members of the Class of 1987 of the University of the Philippines College of Law. Then into their seventh year as members of the bar, the four founding partners were already seasoned trial lawyers trained and guided by leading Philippine litigators. sed on their core strength in trial law and enriched by the diverse experiences and lessons accumulated throughout their early professional years. In 1994, four (4) members of the UP College of Law Class of 1987 formed Santos Parungao Aquino & Santos Law Offices or SPASLAW. The partners – Mario Santos, Tonipi Parungao, Raffy Aquino and Rhoda (or Eric) Santos – came from diverse backgrounds in legal practice, and brought with them invaluable experience from having worked with established law firms in contrasting fields of law. While remaining a strong litigation-ready full-service firm, SPASLAW has also evolved with the times. At present, it offers an array of legal services usually required by sunrise entrepreneurs as well as established business interests here and abroad.
