Let me share with you our experience in preparation for securing Building Permit.
Building Permit is an official government permit which allows us to construct and/or make changes with our buildings that complies also on building code and safety.
karamihan sa mga tao ngayon ay familiar sa building permit pero hindi well informed sa kung ano ba talaga ang silbi nito. Marami ang nagsasabi na hindi naman ito hinahanap noong unang panahon at bakit ngayon lang ito nirerequire.
Well for the information of everybody, required talaga ang building permit because this will guide us to safely build our houses and other buildings. Kasi simula sa pag drawing pa lamang ng mga plano ay maingat na itong pinag aaralan ng mga professionals.
Yes, may kamahalan ang paglalakad ng building permit and hindi lahat ay afford ito. May kamahalan dahil hindi naman po libre ang babayaran natin sa processing fees and government fees. Ganon din po sa professional fees ng mga mag peprepare ng requirements. Yes, may kamahalan po talaga pero kung iisipin at uunawain natin ng maigi, hindi lang tayo basta nagbabayad and nag a-apply but we also invest for the safety and durability if our buildings.
That is why our group is doing our best to help clients apply for building permit with minimal cost. Hindi po pera pera lang, kundi ay tinutulungan po namin kayo na masecure ang safety ng inyong mga buildings.
