How to Buy a Pre-Selling Property in 3 Easy Steps

1. Do your research
Before anything else, study your options carefully. Choose a trusted developer with a solid track record and look for a project in a good location close to schools, malls, transportation, and future infrastructure.
Ask for brochures, sample computations, and check the developer's past projects to help you decide wisely.

2. Reserve your unit
Once you’ve chosen a unit that fits your lifestyle and budget, fill out the Buyer’s Information Sheet, submit valid IDs, and pay the reservation fee.
Fees usually range from β‚±10,000 to β‚±50,000 and are nonrefundable, so make sure you are confident with your choice.
Your chosen unit will be temporarily held under your name while your documents are being processed.

3. Start your monthly downpayment
After reservation, sign the Contract to Sell and begin your monthly downpayment. This is typically spread over 18 to 36 months depending on the project and promo.
You will also choose your preferred financing option for the remaining balance. This can be through bank financing, PagIBIG, or in-house financing.
Stay updated on the project’s turnover schedule so you can prepare for the final payment and move-in process.
