RTC Branch 59, Acting Presiding Judge Hon. Jacob M. Montesa II is presently on-leave, and newly appointed Presiding Judge, Hon. Ruth S. Pasion-Ramos, is currently attending their mandatory Orientation for new Judges, hence, the hearing set from April 27, 2022 to May 17, 2022 will be cancelled and will be reset to another date.

Kindly wait for the Order/Constancia with the date of next hearing that will be sent by the court via email/registered mail.

Hearing of cases will resume on May 18, 2022 before Judge Ruth Ramos.
