Wh**ey… 💔🐾
Among our five dogs, you were the gentlest, sweetest, and kindest of them all.
You had such a quiet and loving heart, and losing you hurts more than words can explain.
We’ve now lost three of our five senior dogs, and every goodbye feels like losing a little piece of our very tiny family.
Thank you, Wh**ey, for always making sure I got inside the house safely every single night.
Rain or shine, you were there watching over me.
You would stay there, watching over me until I get inside the house.
It may have seemed like such a small thing, but now I realize how much love was in that simple routine.
I will miss looking back and seeing you there.
Now, everytime I drove it gives me sadness.. You were not there anymore..
Maybe that’s one of the hardest truths about loving dogs - they stay with us for such a short part of our lives, but in that short time, they teach us lessons we carry forever.
They teach us loyalty without conditions, love without asking for anything in return, forgiveness without pride, and the importance of simply being present for the people we love.
Thank you for teaching us all of that, Wh**ey.
You were never “just a dog.” You were a family.
You were our companion, our protector, and one of the purest souls in our home. 🤍
I hope wherever you are now, you’re running freely, without pain, together with the ones we lost before you, Lolo, Lola, Momo & Blacky..
Rest well, our sweet Wh**ey Girl. 🕊️🤍🐾
