WATCH: P.A. Properties, in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund, conducted a project inspection and housing unit awarding ceremony at Nuvista Homes Lipa, Batangas on June 3, 2026. More than 20 Filipino families received their homes under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, bringing them closer to achieving their dream of homeownership.

The event was led by DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon P. Aliling, Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta, P.A. Properties Chairman Romarico T. Alvarez, and President and CEO Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz. The ceremony included the inspection of completed housing units, ribbon-cutting, and turnover activities, highlighting the continued collaboration between the government and private sector in expanding access to affordable and quality housing for Filipino families.
