What a year so far! 2025 ITR filing is done, summer is here and we hope you had a great first quarter of 2026 too!
We've been very busy! We didn't just do a thing, we did many things! We:
Did a photo shoot (I'm terrified of the camera!)
Had so much fun (seriously!)
Launched a website (no easy feat!)
Connected all our pages to it (phew, archiving!)
Uploaded all our property listings (happy shopping!)
And we're still working on:
Starting our blog page (stay tuned!)
Sharing helpful buying & selling tips for everyone
And talking about the fun and awesome parts of real estate non-stop

Vulnerable share: I once worked as a stylist for sets and shoots MANY years ago but I had NEVER been IN FRONT of the camera. When my Andy Sachs told me I needed to have professional photos taken (yes that’s you, Westy) , I followed her advice and pulled off this shoot in a WEEK. One week!
One huge problem: I was terrified of having my photo taken.
��Facing my fears and doing this shoot with my dear long-time friends (who happen to be fantastic professionals in their respective fields) was surprisingly, such a delight! I think the friendship weaving its way around every aspect made the whole process easy and carefree. I started in fear: planned the whole thing nervously, executed quickly, and ended the shoot with them enjoyably.
Thank you so much for taking the edge off of this nerve-wracking experience, Clark Vinoya. Having a good friend behind the lens made me ease up so much. If you’d like to have professional photos taken, I highly recommend Clark Vinoya as your lensman.
