Sa panahon ngayon, hindi na sapat ang iisang source of income lang. Habang tumataas ang bilihin, kailangan mas maging practical tayo—hindi lang sa paggastos, kundi sa paghahanap ng dagdag na pagkakakitaan.

Ang extra income ay hindi lang para sa luho—ito ay seguridad.
Seguridad para sa pamilya mo.
Seguridad sa mga biglaang gastusin.
At higit sa lahat, seguridad sa future mo.

At kung naghahanap ka ng pwedeng simulan—isa sa magandang option ang real estate career.

Bakit?
✔️ Libre ang training sa karamihan ng companies
✔️ May mga mentor at team na tutulong at gagabay sayo
✔️ Flexible ang oras—pwede kahit may full-time job ka
✔️ Unlimited ang income potential (depende sa sipag at diskarte mo)
✔️ Lumalawak ang network mo at skills mo sa sales at communication

Hindi mo kailangan magsimula nang perpekto—ang mahalaga, nagsisimula ka.

Real talk, hindi.

Naiintindihan ko na nahihiya ka.
Normal yan.
Pero hindi ibig sabihin na valid na dahilan siya para hindi ka kumilos.

Sa real estate, bawat pagkakataon na pinalampas mo—
hindi lang commission ang nawawala sayo…
Pati growth, connections, at experience.

May gusto kang kausapin na client pero umatras ka.
May nakita kang opportunity magbenta o mag-post, pero hindi mo ginawa.
May idea ka para sa content o strategy, pero hindi mo shinare.

Hindi dahil hindi ka capable.
Kundi dahil nahihiya ka.

Pero tanong—saan ka dadalhin ng hiya mo?
Sa wala.

Ang hiya, hindi siya protector.
Limiter siya.
Pinipigilan ka niyang gawin yung mga bagay na makakatulong sana sa career mo sa real estate.

At habang nagpapadala ka sa hiya,
lalo kang nasasanay umatras—
sa calls, sa follow-ups, sa pag-build ng network.

Kaya next time na may opportunity—
client man yan, listing, content idea, o bagong career path—

Huwag mong tanungin kung ready ka na.
Tanungin mo kung willing ka bang subukan kahit hindi ka ready.

Kasi sa real estate,
hindi nauuna ang confidence.
Nauuna ang action.

Hindi galing sa Diyos yung takot na nagpapahinto sayo.
May kakayahan ka, may lakas ka, at may control ka sa sarili mo.
