FARM SPECIFICATION :
1) Completely fenced out all around with a metal gate for entrance
2) We used equipment that is on the upper brand. We have 4 Bitrade and 1 Valco. These are the equipment used in automating feeding, drinking line, controlling temperature and humidity inside the brooding area.
3) We have a big storage room, staff house, tool room, staff kitchen, farm manager’s house quarter and guard house
4) It has two Genset room with 2 generators in each room. Two generators are FGwilson Perkins (75Kva) and other two are KeyPower Cummins (75Kva), all are 3 phase. In the event of power failure only one generator is working while the other one is backup.
5) Each genset room has 3 ATS (Automatic transfer switch) that monitor voltage fluctuation and a step UP/DOWN transformer that stabilize voltage in the farm.
6) Power supply contingency planning per building was considered during farm construction. Electric power supply is vital in poultry business. There are 3 main breakers per building. In the event of power line or breaker failure, 2 breakers/power lines will still be functional.
7) Electrical wiring configuration are installed underground. No problem during typhoon season and thunderstorm.
8) We have two functioning submersible deep well (5HP and 2HP) and a 6000 gallons overhead steel tank.
9) The farm has a rest house with two bedrooms with toilet and shower, dining area, receiving area, kitchen and common restroom.
10) Portion of the road inside the farm are concrete andthe rest are completely stack with apple size rock and base course in pavements w/c is passable all weather.
11) The farm was designed to withstand strong typhoon. All bldgs. are constructed submerge lower than the original top soil.
