Our 2025 Tax Reviewer in Tax Law will be available "tentatively" on the last week of November 2024, but definitely before the 2024 Christmas Holidays.

As always, it strictly follows the 2025 Bar Syllabus in Tax Law. It provides the BASICS provisions and relevant cases, to enable you to answer case questions competently. SC decisions in tax cases as of June 30, 2024 are also included. We identified the very important questions that we feel could be asked in the Bar. As we had in the past, we will be providing you too with the 2025 Pre-bar Notes, 2-weeks before the September 7, 2025 Bar.

The Reviewer is compact and handy, so you could bring it anywhere for study during your free time. It provides you with more than 300 practice questions with suggested answers. To make it tax-comprehensive, we included topics which are included in Political Law on the Fundamental Powers of the State and the Taxing Powers of the LGU, as well as in Remedial Law on Jurisdiction of the CTA. This is the one and only Tax reviewer book that you will need for the 2025 Bar.

To 2024 Bar Reviewees,

We are having a Special Offer on our 2024 Tax Reviewers, to encourage you to take the 2024 Bar.

Specifically for Tax Law, there is a new law amending the NIRC provision - The Ease of Paying Taxes, that would be included in the 2025 Bar next year. It basically changes some SC Jurisprudence. For example, this new amendment did away with the Official Receipt. Now, under this Ease law, only the invoice remains.

Also, the SC is now in the process of revising the Special Procedures. If it will take effect this year, by 2025 Bar, you will need to re-learn this new procedure.

Thus, I highly urge you to already take the 2024 Bar. The longer you wait, the more possibility of having to re-learn new amendments and jurisprudence.
