𝐍𝐋𝐑𝐂 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 | ₱𝟏𝟗,𝟎𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐑𝐀𝐁 𝐈𝐗

On July 21, 2026, the NLRC Sub-RAB IX facilitated a Settlement involving a Manager of a manpower services company. The worker sought assistance after experiencing acts that made her feel insulted, ridiculed, belittled, and disrespected in the course of their employment.

Through constructive dialogue and the parties' willingness to reach a fair resolution, a settlement amounting to ₱19,000.00 was reached, benefiting one (1) worker.

This outcome serves as a reminder that every voice matters, every concern deserves to be heard, and every worker has the right to a workplace where respect is not a privilege, but a standard. Seeking assistance is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of courage and self-respect.

The settlement was successfully handled by SEADO Jose Ven C. Ello and facilitated by LAA Michael S.M. Yee, reflecting the continued commitment of the NLRC Sub-RAB IX in promoting the speedy, fair, and amicable resolution of labor disputes.

In line with the mandate of the National Labor Relations Commission to ensure the effective enforcement of labor decisions, the NLRC Sub-Regional Arbitration Branch IX – Dipolog City successfully facilitated the release of a ₱3,041,018.97 judgment award through the implementation of ex*****on proceedings.

Through the diligent efforts of Acting Sheriff Rubin T. Niones, under the guidance of Executive Labor Arbiter Mylene M. Durano-Dagcuta, the Writ of Ex*****on was successfully implemented, resulting in the ex*****on of a Compromise Agreement that paved the way for the prompt release of the monetary award.

This accomplishment highlights the commitment of NLRC SRAB IX – Dipolog City in ensuring that final and executory decisions are effectively enforced, providing parties with meaningful resolution while promoting industrial peace.

Tolentino to uplift the welfare of our workers, NLRC Sub-Regional Arbitration Branch IX (NLRC SRAB IX) in Dipolog City successfully facilitated the release of a judgment award amounting to ₱𝟯,𝟬𝟰𝟭,𝟬𝟭𝟴.𝟵𝟳 through ex*****on proceedings, demonstrating the National Labor Relations Commission's steadfast commitment to ensuring that final and executory decisions are effectively enforced.

This milestone was made possible through the diligent efforts of 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐧 𝐓. 𝐍𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬, who promptly implemented the Writ of Ex*****on upon the directive of 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙈. The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Sub-Regional Arbitration Branch No. IX continues to uphold the prompt and effective enforcement of labor rights through the successful release of a Judgment Award.

On July 23, 2026, a release of award was successfully concluded involving one (1) employee of a local maritime company. Through the release, the complainant received a Release of Judgment Award amounting to ₱135,873.92.

This release of award was facilitated by LAA Michael Yee and Ruben T. Niones , reflecting the NLRC's commitment to ensuring the timely implementation of lawful awards and the fair resolution of labor disputes.

The NLRC remains steadfast in promoting industrial peace, protecting workers' rights, and fostering harmonious labor-management relations through efficient dispute resolution and enforcement of labor standards.

On July 21, 2026, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Sub-Regional Arbitration Branch IX successfully facilitated a Binding Settlement involving a Merchandiser from an Employment Services company.

Through the dedicated efforts of SEADO Jose Ven Camelle C. Ello, with the facilitation of Labor Arbiter Associate Michael S.M. Yee, the parties reached a Binding Settlement amounting to ₱108,698.00, bringing the labor dispute to a lawful and conclusive resolution.

This successful settlement reflects the NLRC's continuing commitment to providing workers and employers with an efficient, fair, and accessible mechanism for resolving labor disputes, fostering industrial peace, and promoting harmonious labor-management relations.
