GAISANO EXPANDS: New 3-Level Mall Rises in El Salvador City

EL SALVADOR CITY, Misamis Oriental — Construction is steadily advancing on the upcoming Gaisano City El Salvador, a three-level commercial complex poised to become the first full-scale mall in the city.

Located in Barangay Pedro Sa, Baculio, the project marks the 20th mall development of the Cagayan de Oro-based Gaisano Group. Spanning approximately two hectares, the mall is expected to enhance retail access and stimulate local economic activity once completed within the next two years.

Recent on-site developments show vertical progress, with structural reinforcements now reaching the second-floor slab, while a tower crane has been installed and is already operational, signaling intensified construction activity.

Once completed, the mall is seen to generate employment opportunities, attract new businesses, and strengthen the commercial landscape of El Salvador City, further contributing to the growth of Northern Mindanao.

DAVAO SPORTS COMPLEX NEARS COMPLETION; SET TO HOST PH’S LARGEST STADIUM 🏟️

A landmark sports development is taking shape in Davao City as the Davao City–University of the Philippines Sports Complex inside University of the Philippines Mindanao in Mintal moves closer to completion.

At the heart of the project is a 30,000-seat stadium, poised to become the largest outdoor arena in the country and designed to meet international standards, including those of FIFA.
