Initially, you are in the correct lane. However, after a few meters, you need to move to the right. Otherwise, you might collide with an approaching vehicle and mistakenly think that it is the one that is counterflowing.

In short, kahit nasa tamang lane ka sa una, kailangan mong mag-adjust at lumipat sa kanan pagdating sa certain portion of the road. Kung hindi, pwedeng may masalpok ka na iisipin mong nagco-counterflow, pero ikaw pala ang nasa maling lane sa bahaging iyon.
