TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JULIO alyas “JULES” LABAO , whose photograph appears below, is no longer connected, employed, or associated with the ASIAN GROUP OF COMPANIES, effective as of March 14, 2026 following a declaration of Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL).

Please be informed that Mr. Labao has a pending administrative investigation regarding an unserved Notice to Explain (NTE) concerning outstanding accounting and financial accountabilities (funds).

As a result, Mr. Labao has absolutely no authority to represent, negotiate, collect monies, or enter into any contracts or transactions on behalf of the Asian Group of Companies or its affiliates. The company hereby declares that any agreements or transactions made by him using the company’s name after his separation date are completely unauthorized and will not be recognized or honored by the management.

The public is strongly advised to exercise caution. If you are approached by Mr. Labao representing himself as an agent of our company, or if you have information regarding unauthorized activities, please report it immediately to management through the following official contact channels:

Please be informed that Ms. Villagracia has absolutely no authority to act, represent, negotiate, collect payments, or perform any services on behalf of Asian Massage or its management.

Asian Massage hereby disclaims any and all liability for any acts, omissions, violations, or representations made by Ms. Villagracia after her separation date. Any activities, bookings, or services undertaken by her are solely in her personal capacity and are neither endorsed nor authorized by the company.
