Labor Day is more than just a holiday. It is a reminder of the millions of Filipinos who wake up every day carrying responsibilities heavier than anyone can see.
To every worker who continues to rise early, endure exhaustion, sacrifice comfort, and fight honestly just to survive and provide for their families, this day is for you.
Some work far away from home. Some spend most of their lives in traffic, under pressure, or carrying physical and emotional exhaustion just to make ends meet. Some silently endure unfairness and hardships because stopping is not an option when people are depending on you. Yet despite everything, Filipino workers continue to move forward with strength, resilience, and hope.
Behind every successful home, every child sent to school, every meal on the table, and every dream that remains alive, there is a hardworking Filipino making sacrifices every single day.
Today, we honor not only the work, but also the silent battles, dignity, perseverance, and courage of every Filipino worker who continues to bumangon at lumalaban ng patas para mabuhay.
