Puro "prime location" at "luxury living" ang banner sa showroom, pero nakalimutan mong itanong kung ano’ng nangyayari kapag umulan ng kalahating oras. Real talk: walang silbi ang magandang lobby at infinity pool kung nagiging un-li swimming pool naman ang kalsada papunta sa building mo.

Hindi lang dapat ganda ng turnover ang pinag-uusapan natin. Chine-check natin ang elevation, drainage system, at totoong kasaysayan ng lugar tuwing tag-ulan bago ka magbitaw ng reservation fee.

May mga umalis.

May mga taong nagduda sa akin.

May mga nagsabi ng mga bagay na laban sa akin.

Pero ikaw…

Hindi mo ako pinabayaan.

When I was at my lowest, you reminded me of my worth.

When others were putting me down, you chose to lift me up.

At kahit ilang taon na ang lumipas, nandiyan ka pa rin.

Hindi mo kailangang gawin iyon.

Pero pinili mong gawin.

And that’s something I will never forget.

Sa real estate, marami akong nakilalang tao.
