About Atty. Dan Ocampo
I am a Philippine lawyer engaged in private practice, with more than five (5) years of focused experience in court litigation and legal advisory.
My practice has been shaped by active courtroom exposure and representation in civil, criminal, corporate, labor, and proprietary rights disputes. I have handled cases before trial courts and various quasi-judicial and administrative bodies, including the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), and the Office of the Ombudsman.
Trained and mentored by seasoned and reputable practitioners, I developed a disciplined command of the Rules of Court and litigation procedure. My approach is strategic, methodical, and evidence-driven — grounded not only in legal theory, but in actual courtroom practice.
While fully prepared to assert and defend my clients’ rights in court, I recognize that effective lawyering is not measured by aggression alone. Litigation is a tool — not a default response. Whenever legally sound and strategically advantageous, I pursue structured negotiation and mediation to secure practical, enforceable, and cost-efficient resolutions.
My commitment is clear: to protect my clients’ position with strength, advocate with precision, and pursue the most decisive legal remedy available — whether through firm courtroom representation or skillful settlement negotiation.
