Guide for Applicants for Teacher 1 DepEd Position

Required Documents
1. Application Letter (specify subject and preferred school)
2. CSC Form 212 (Revised 2017) with two 2×2 ID photos
3. Valid PRC ID
4. Certified Transcript of Records (TOR)
5. LET/PBET Rating Certificate
6. Certificates of Specialized Training (We offer this, just PM to know more)
7. Service Record, Performance Rating, and School Clearance (for experienced teachers)
8. Proof of Residency (e.g., Voter’s ID, Barangay Certificate)
9. NBI Clearance
10. Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Veracity

These requirements are outlined in DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2023 .

Ranking Criteria (100 Points Total)
DepEd uses a point-based system to evaluate applicants:
1. Education – 10 points
2. Training – 10 points (We offer this one)
3. Experience – 10 points
4. LET/PBET Rating – 10 points
5. Classroom Observation/Demonstration Teaching – 35 points
6. Teacher Reflection Form (TRF) – 25 points

A minimum of 50 points is required to be included in the Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) .

✅ Tips to Maximize Your Score
1. Education: Ensure your TOR is certified and reflects any honors or distinctions.
2. Training: Attend relevant seminars and workshops; submit all certificates. (We offer this)
3. Experience: Provide detailed service records and performance ratings.
4. LET/PBET Rating: Higher scores yield more points; include your official rating.
5. Demonstration Teaching: Prepare thoroughly; practice your lesson delivery.
6. TRF: Reflect on your teaching philosophy and experiences; be honest and insightful.
