Day 3 of the Capacity Development with the theme โStrengthening Institutional Capacity Building for School Site Titlingโ was successfully conducted, bringing together dedicated School heads, PSDS and Attorneys who continue to show strong commitment in securing the ownership of school sites for the benefit of our learners and future generations.
The activity began with the Opening Remarks of the Schools Division Superintendent of Negros Occidental Ma'am Gladys Amylaine D. Sales, CESO V who highlighted the importance of securing legal ownership of school sites to support the continuous development of school facilities and ensure the protection of public school properties.
The day was filled with meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative learning focused on the processes, legal frameworks, and technical aspects involved in school site titling. Valuable insights were shared by the resource speakers from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the Registry of Deeds (ROD), who discussed the relevant procedures, policies, and requirements related to land ownership, titling, and registration of school properties. Participants actively engaged in the sessions, reflecting their strong commitment to strengthening their understanding and enhancing their capabilities in addressing land-related concerns of public schools.
As we celebrate the success of Day 3, we extend our appreciation to all speakers, and participants whose dedication and active participation made the activity productive and inspiring. Together, we continue to take meaningful steps toward strengthening institutional capacity and advancing the mission of school site titling.
