URSUA Office address: NRU CARGO FORWARDER #463 C-3 Road Dagat-dagatan Kalookan, City.

Last April 22, 2013, our Kabayan Thelma Garcia and Lea Amores send their box via air cargo to their family in Pinas in different location in Quezon Province and Vigan Ilocos.. they said that the shipment may run 10 days before their family received the box.. FIRST ERROR the box arrived after 20 days.. Their family received the box in good condition in outside figure but they shocked when they open...Take a look on the picture the back of the red stuff toy is broken and the ipad box is already empty and damage, also phones and other stuff is lost already such as big pack of milk, coffee and many more.... And the same Scenario for other kabayan Lea Amores the original RAYBAN and cellphone for his father was lost and they found an old cellphone that they don't know for whom?? also they saw an empty jewelry box that Ms. Amores confirmed that she don't put on the cargo a jewelry box......

At ang nakakalungkot pa their family always try to call the office in Pinas bout this issue but no one answer the phone....And when Thelma and Lea ask about this to Mr. Bob he said that their office trying to call everyday to investigate about the issue but the they dont response.... Wow!!! parang ang lumalabas ang mga biktima pa ang may kasalanan..... Ang mga kababayan natin na ang NAARGABYADO sila pa ang may sisi.....

Hindi na naawa sa mga taong nagpakahirap ng husto upang makapag padala sa mga mimamahal sa Pinas....
