People must understand that the service delivery doesn't happen overnight; it takes time, resource,and even takes a real man to deliver services, such as school, hospital, police station, bank, market etc.Therefore every person should take responsibility. Paiam town is not a private town for Kugurini clan. Kungurini clan was a innocent clan affected and so fled due to the tribal fight that was escalated from Kairik airport area. Why and how the innocent Kungurini was victimized will be considered when the appropriate people set the time for mitigation.
Those people who are occupying the government houses at Paiam town area must be ordered to leave immediately, since the People of Porgera direly need the basic services which is their rights.
