في العقود التي يلتزم فيها الطرفان بالوفاء بوعودهما، يحق لكل طرف تأجيل تنفيذ التزاماته إذا لم يقم الطرف الآخر بتنفيذ التزاماته بعد.

يُعرف هذا بمبدأ "الأداء مقابل الأداء" في العقود التبادلية.

هل تعلم أن الاحتيال جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون العماني؟ ⚖️

🔻 المادة (349) من قانون الجزاء:
كل من حصل على نفع غير مشروع لنفسه أو لغيره باستخدام طرق احتيالية، أو بانتحال اسم أو صفة غير صحيحة، يُعاقب بالسجن من ٣ أشهر إلى سنتين، وغرامة من ١٠٠ إلى ٣٠٠ ريال عماني، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

🚫 لا تنخدع ولا تكن طرفًا في الاحتيال، فالقانون لا يتساهل!

"Divorce due to Irreconcilable differences"

The court may rule that the wife divorced due to discord must return the dowry she received to the husband, provided it is proven that the discord and it's cause was initiated by her.

The divorced due to Irreconcilable differences does not have the right to receive temporary marriage support.

So, in the circumstance where the husband gives to the divorced wife monetary benefits or other essentials is to only ensure the support and safety of the wife and her children during the time of the divorce and this reason is not applicable for the woman who sought and was the cause of the divorce herself.
