The Property Transfer Office does what it says on the tin and does it well. Service was efficient. Communication was clear. Costs were as outlined on the website and significantly lower than using a traditional lawyer or many of the online conveyancers. I felt confident that everything was in good hands. Your company was referred to me by a real estate agent to enable me to complete the conveyancing on a home I had made an offer on. The agent helpfully advised yourselves of this referral.

I received immediate agreement that your company would act on my behalf and arrangements were made to meet so that the necessary documentation could be signed. I was given full details of the legal requirements of buying and selling the property which was very informative and helpful.
