Friday the 13th isn't a bad day for some!

On this day we won a case for a client against a former employer, thus safeguarding the rights of the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency) for the unemployment benefits. The employer lied about the end of contract. When we believe a client... and with almost 40 years of experience in the organization we, I guess, certainly know what we are doing.

What scares us in this case, however, is that a social worker involved in this case sided with the employer against the client... this is... whether the client is right or not, a mortal sin... such social workers shouldn't and can't place themselves in this kind of positions, and therefore shouldn't be working as social workers. They should work, of course, but not with people.

In this case, is showed that the social worker has no clue about the job and would be better off doing something else, so there can be no harm done. Leave (legal) social work to the professionals.

This puts a social worker not only in bad light, it will certainly harm also the so called 'government organization' or any other organization a social worker works for.

Mass lawsuit planned against exploitive temporary employment agencies

Bankruptcies drop to lowest point in over 18 months, hospitality sector sees increase.
