A teacher is paid less.
A teacher is paid last.
BUT
A teacher is penalized first for not being punctual.
Oh! Poor you.
YOU, YES YOU.
The facilitator of knowledge.
The nation builder.
The gateway to national development.
The symbol of unity.
Oh YOU. YES YOU THE TEACHER.
You taught the presidents.
You taught the professors.
You taught the medical doctors
You taught the governors.
You taught the ministers.
You taught the director generals, managing directors, vc, provost, emirs, imams, pastors.
YES YOU.
You trained the trainers.
You guide the guidance.
You counsel the counselors.
You directly affect every literate and enlightened soul in the world.
A teacher is not only a nation builder BUT the driven force of global development.
SURPRISINGLY! Even with THIS undisputable fact.
THIS teacher is placed at the bottom in the hierachy of personality in the society.
Do know that;
1 Teachers relies on peanut as monthly salary. And is not prompt sometimes after 40+ days.
No bonuses to motivate them. As in the case of other ministries. Why not for education.?
2 No any welfare package for the teachers.
The welfare of teacher is an important factor that can affect the teaching and learning processes.
Good welfare leads to positive performance.
Some ministries enjoy welfare packages.
Why not teachers.?
3 No transporting scheme to convey teachers to their various centers.
A teacher always find his way through hard or soft atmosphere.
THIS obviously is why some teachers became daily late comers. As majority commute from urban to rural areas. They have to cover reasonable distance.
Off course this leads to:
# late come = its affect first periods.
# abstinence = no funds to pay for transporting. As a result of none prompt payment of salary.
Many ministries are benefiting from transporting schemes. Why not for teachers .
Give them loans for motor cycle it surely will improve punctuality, utilization of first period and will ease their daily transporting stress..
