international and specialised courts, such as the ECOWAS Court of West Africa, the Investment and
Securities Tribunal, the National Industrial Court and at Election Petition Tribunals. He has similarly advised on local and international law in cross-border transactions involving trans-
national companies on enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards both in Nigeria and oversea
countries. He has written several expert opinions on Nigerian law, and his opinion has been adopted by
the UK Court, in the enforcement of a Nigerian Judgment in the UK. He has had the rare privilege of practicing directly under 5 (five) Senior Advocates of Nigeria (same as
QCs in the UK) in the course of his career. His practice areas are in Civil, Commercial and Criminal litigation, Banking law and Debt/Loan

Justice Elsie Thompson and Alternate Chair of the Port Harcourt Charter, Events Planning Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB), UK.
