On the 26th day of June, 2024. the members of the great Nabo Graham Douglas's chamber fiercely debated a case of r**e each member utilizing their legal knowledge to present compelling arguments..
The case was emotionally and legally complex, spurring the group to analyze the facts and intricacies involved. we have decided to take this further to a moot trial.

Mrs. Femi's 13year old daughter, Ayo on an errand at Chief Odua's house was allegedly r**ed by Ola, Mr. Odua's 15year old Son as claimed by Mrs. Femi who argued based on her physical assessment of her daughter as well as a medical report which confirms Ayo was r**ed.
At the trial court, the Judge based on the oral testimony of Ayo, the medical report and the testimony of Mrs. Femi, sentenced Ola according to the provision of Sections 357 and 358 of the Criminal Code Act.
ISSUES:
1. Did the Trial court err in judgement by relying on the aforementioned evidence in convicting Ola?
2. Whether or not, Ola's age relieves him of the liabilities in Section 358 of Criminal Code Act which was used to convict him?
3. Whether or not a claim on Ola's previous juvenile delinquencies of stealing, cultism and several suspensions from schools would further indict him?
