WHY IT’S BETTER TO HAVE A FEW TRUE FRIENDS THAN MANY FRIENDS

Don’t measure your life by the number of friends you have. Measure it by the quality of the people who stand beside you.

A few loyal friends will:
Tell you the truth, even when it’s hard to hear, Support you in difficult times, not only when life is easy, Celebrate your success without jealousy, Correct you with love instead of talking behind your back, Protect your reputation when you are absent.

Many friends may know your name, but only a few will truly know your heart.

Choose your circle carefully. It is better to have three genuine friends than three hundred who disappear when you need them most.

THE REASONS PEOPLE RESPECT SEMINARIANS

People respect seminarians because they have generously responded to
God call to prepare for the sacred ministry of the priesthood. Their years of formation are dedicated to prayer, academic study, spiritual growth, pastoral service, and the development of virtues that will enable them to serve the Church faithfully. By choosing this path, seminarians make significant personal sacrifices in order to dedicate their lives to Christ and His people. Although they are still in formation and have not yet been ordained as priests, they represent hope for the future of the Church. Their commitment inspires many people to deepen their own faith and to value a life centered on God. This respect is not simply for the individual seminarian, but for the vocation he is discerning and the sacred mission he is preparing to embrace. At the same time, seminarians are called to live with humility, integrity, and charity so that their lives may reflect the Gospel and justify the confidence and respect shown to them.
