*To ensure safety while using shuttle services in Anambra, especially Onitsha, consider these tips*

- *Choose Registered Transport Companies*:
Opt for registered transport companies like 1st Anambra Transport,
Tracas
Star sunny motors
Ekwulobia Urban Mass Transit
Is by his grace mass transit
Atmc mass transit
which has a reputation for reliability and safety. These companies have well-maintained buses and licensed drivers, reducing the risk of accidents or incidents.

- *Verify Driver and Vehicle Details*: Always confirm the driver's name(company I'd number) , vehicle model, license number, and photo before boarding. This helps ensure you're getting into the right vehicle with a legitimate driver.
If your doing a waybill make sure you collect I'd number sometimes it's pasted on the front hood of the car
Do not trow trash on the floor while in Onitsha to avoid harassment from actda officials

- *Share Your Trip*: Share your ride details with friends or family, allowing them to track your journey in real-time. This adds an extra layer of safety and gives you peace of mind.

- *Sit Smart and Stay Alert*: Sit in the back seat on the passenger side for better visibility and quick access to the door if needed. Avoid distractions like zoning out with headphones and stay alert for any unusual behavior.

- *Avoid Isolated Pickups and Drop-offs*: Choose well-lit, busy areas for pickup and drop-off points. Avoid deserted streets or isolated locations that could make you more vulnerable to crime or accidents.

- *Trust Your Instincts*: If something feels off, trust your instincts and cancel the ride. It's better to lose a few minutes requesting another ride than to regret ignoring your gut feeling.
- *Safety Regulations*: Guidelines for tricycle operations, including requirements for side view mirrors, front and rear headlamps, trafficators, and brakelights.

By following these tips and staying informed, you can minimize risks and ensure a safer journey when using shuttle services in Anambra, especially Onitsha.

For years, drivers were told to change their engine oil every 3 months or 5,000km — but that rule is outdated. Especially with today’s advanced synthetic oils and newer engine technologies.
For shuttle busses running daily account 2500km change your oil
Here’s the truth:

🛢️ Modern oils last longer than you think.
🛠️ Driving conditions matter more than the calendar.
🚗 A car that’s mostly parked or gently driven won’t need oil as often as one doing daily Lagos traffic or Okene express runs.

Some engines can comfortably go 7,000 to 10,000 km between oil changes — as long as you’re using the right oil grade, a good filter, and you check your oil level regularly.

What you SHOULD be doing is: – Checking your dipstick weekly
– Listening for engine noise or roughness
– Watching for oil consumption or leaks
– Sticking to manufacturer recommendations, not mechanic gossip

Because over-changing oil wastes money, but delaying it damages your engine.

So next time someone says “Ah, change am o! 3 months don reach,”
ask them: “How many kilometers have I actually driven?”

*Good day everyone*
Dangote trailer crushed a bus and ki*lled almost everyone inside. I heard this happened today.

I want to ask this question, if it was to be an Igbo man that owns this company, Wil federal government of Nigeria stil allows him to operate or even walk freely?

Bcos he is not an igbo man. They allow him to keep on with his atrocities. Wasting life's like it does not matter.

What kind of country is this.

Aside Upper Iweka, This Place, Obosi, is another place you should be mindful of.

Those that knew this place before the construction of the 2nd Naija Bridge will know how dangerous it used to be around here especially in the evening.

Even if your car spoil here, just find way and leave the premises cause within few minutes, the number of Bikes and Keke that will stop there ehhhh.. Next time you will here is "Nna weta ego ala, choro ndi Obodo something" (Guy, Bring money for the land, Settle the community guys). Like play like play, they will first collect your phone and then any other valuable with you. If you still waste any minutes there, another set of people will still come and meet you.

Though Onitsha is a bit calm now compared to before, but there are things that my eyes have seen that can only be explained through Camera lens, but we don't do that here anyhow. You don't get to bring out your phone anyhow talk more of trying to use it to video things.

It's not about the fear of the unknown but there is this Igbo adage "Nkwucha aburo ujo"(being careful isn't being fearful).

If you can survive in Onitsha, I doubt if there is any place you can't survive.
