Greetings to our amiable clients and audience.

We have been into Online Dispute Resolution for some years and many people claim they don't know this.

It is an alternative method of resolving disputes between people or litigants instead of wasting time in court.

It is Online because some of the disputants are out of Lagos or Nigeria and we need to resolve their disputes which are documented and signed.

We do this to preserve relationships, avoid waste of time causing pains to litigants and all affected by the dispute especially children in matrimonial disputes.

We achieve this online via secured means of meeting with the parties. Secured means is important because proceedings in these sessions are strictly private, information therefrom not to be used as evidence in court in the nearest future.

And yes we encourage our clients to use this door (ADR whether physical or Online) in settling their disputes to avoid wastage of time, money/ Resources and keep good relationships.

Disputes arising from business transactions, property transactions, matrimonial causes etc are all matters that can be settled amicably for those who cherish their time, peace and relationships.

Abusive husbands didn't fall from the sky, someone raised a boy wrongly.

Your 3years old son gets angry whenever you give him food he doesn't want and throws it on you, you laugh and say "😃😃 children ehh".

Baby boy will lift his hands and slap you when he wants you to drop him...All you'd say is "you're beating mummy 😃"

No other child in that area messes with him...And you're calling him "A no- nonsense boy"

He picks up things from the ground and hits people whenever he's stopped from doing something...You smile and call him "action boy😃🤾🏿‍♂️🤸🏽‍♂️"

You expose him to all manner of violence and say "He's a man, man suppose get mind"

Few years down the line the teenage boy bullies his sisters, commands them around, shares slaps as souvenirs to anyone that dares to challenge him.
You call him "man of the house"😃

He grew up having his way all through. Now he's a full grown man in the society. And it's not funny anymore.

*IT'S EASIER TO TRAIN A SON THAN TO CORRECT A HUSBAND.*

Apologies for not being here for a while though many complained of not posting updates here and so on.

Kindly note it's not in our nature to post client's stories or struggles here or talk about it at all anywhere whether anonymously or by changing narratives and names etc.
We owe all our clients a fiduciary duty never to disclose.

We will however, drop a few lessons here from time to time as time permits.

Note that we are lawyers but more importantly have special interest for families.
