I have been advised several tikes to take a cybersecurity course, because i am a lawyer, but i just felt the advuse was weak and was all about trend, as i believe i need to be ready and know more about the tech space before taking the course, after my successful journey with alx&mastercard training on Al essential snd Professional Foundation course, i finally felt ready to step into the tech space with confidence.

And just like that i got a scholarship at TSAcademy to study their cybersecuirty course, and I cannot wait to begin my journey, although I planned to take my Data Protection Certification this year, but i feel starting my year learning CyberSecurity will be alot better way and help me understand Al governance and Data Protection, as a lawyer i learn not only for the knowledge but also how to protect and advise my clients in such situations, as thia is the new world order, with little to no policy or law regulating the tech and Al spave and i beliebe learning 1st hand will help achive how to creat better policy and regulations to protect the tech and cyberspace we are all finding ourselves.

Dumb Scrolling on IG as we usually do and i came across an ad for NOVA AI, figured i try oit the web search,so I know what I have been putting out there before i use my own hand to ruin my legal career🤣😂🤣

what NOVA AI found amazed me,to think I have been feeling stuck and down trying to figure out the next phase of my life, i have been overthinking and i thought i was in the same place i was last year, i have been depressed and sad sonce the beginning of the year

After reading ehat NOVA AI foind aboit me online, i realised all i have to do is believe in myself
Although i might feel stuck now,but thats inly because i have only put so much pressure on myself,Now i realised the break i took was well deserved and i am exactly where i need to be
i can be better and i will be better, so much growth coming

Everytime I feel down and depressed all i have to do is read again what NOVA AI found aboit me online and keep believing in myself,So many great things to be accomplished, Now i can finally go back to creating lega content with clear head and stop overthinking

MY GOAL is for everyone in Nigeria to know the basics of law whether by Defiining legal terms in layman english or Educating citizens on every and all ascept of Law i habe knowledge is
like they say "Each one teach one" pay it forward
i was never a serious student, hence why I find it tricky becoming a teacher/lecturer,i know most people don't know the law or aware of the law that binds them as a citizen and they wish to know but law books can be cumbersome with no pictures and tiny fonts(theirs no fun reading that🤣) too many big english words,technical languages that makes ordinary man want to sleep, but makes a lawyer like me agile, so i decided that since i use to be an unserious student afterall i entered the university at 13yrs old(what do you expect from a teenager huh😀) why don't i educate people the way I would have loved to be educated back then
LAW IS FUN, YOU JUST HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IT and all it intricacies

Been a woman is not easy sha

Imagine waking up to work out feeling good had breakfast and then as you drive to work, you start to have crazy cramps you parked your car on the highway and then took some painkiller hoping it kicks in by the time you reach the office

Getting to the office the Sun is Hot, the cramps is worse and you ask your yourself it's my discomfort worth all this.

I asked myself, is it wise to come down or just keep driving back home instead, I can barely move my body, I could barely keep my eyes open, but I knew if I come down from my car I would be a witch to everyone I come across cause the pain was excruciating

On top of all this pain and discomfort I just wanted chocolate and ice cream so bad worse of all I was craving hot Àmàlà and Gbegiri

Like seriously how in the world will I be craving Àmàlà and Ice cream "Hormones" can be crazy🤣😂🤣

Made it to my gate and I felt a slight relief, had to make a quick video to remind myself I was happy today eventhough all I am feeling right now is pain and discomfort

The Quote that says "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOIRSELF" is not only in the Bible its also a LAW and its because of this you can sue someone for not fulfilling their responsibilities towards you in LAW its called NEGLIGENCE

WHAT IS NEGLIGENCE: It is broadly defined; as the breach of legal duty to take care, which results in damages undesired by one party to the other

ELEMENT TO DETERMINE NEGLIGENCE ARE;
1) If a person owes Duty of Care to the other person
2) If there was a breach of that duty
3) What are the damages to the party which result from a breach

1. DUTY OF CARE: A duty of care will be owed wherever in the circumstances, it is foreseeable that if a person does not exercise due care, another person will be harmed.
The rule that says; love your Neighbour has become a law, you must take reasonable care to avoid acts or omission which you can reasonably foresee would be likely to injure your Neighbours

2. BREACH OF DUTY: After it has been decided that a duty of care was owed, To determine if there was a breach of such duty; The court will consider; whether or not a reasonable man placed in the same position would have acted the same way

IN DECIDING WHAT A REASONABLE MAN WOULD HAVE DONE IN SUCH SITUATION, THE COURT WILL CONSIDER 4 ELEMENTS, WHICH ARE;

A) THE LIKELIHOOD OF HARM: Is there a possibility that the conduct of that person will cause harm, and the greater the amount of harm that might happen, it's the same amount of caution that is required of him

B)THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE INJURY: The gravity of harm that will occur if an accident were to happen, will also be taken into account

C) THE IMPORTANCE/UTILITY OF THE PERSON ACTIVITY: One must balance the risk against the end to be achieved, If the reason you did something is important and justifies an abnormal risk, For example; going above speed limit to get someone to the hospital in an emergency, which might put others road users at risk,is different from going above speed limit so you can meet up with a customer.

D) THE COST AND PRACTICABILITY OF MEASURES TO AVOID THE HARM: Court will check for how costly and practicable it would have been, if the person has taken precautions to eliminate or minimize the risk for a foreseeable risk.It is about balancing the risk against the steps necessary to eliminate it,
For example; a staff member, while mopping the floor of a supermarket, refuses to put the "Caution" sign on the wet area, hence a customer slipped and injured herself

The law must be enforced fairly and firmly.
