Why can't I use BTC in defi world?

it's not unknown that bitcoin was not designed for smart contracts which is ground norm for defi that means It doesn't support complex applications like decentralized lending, swapping, or yield farming.

So how do I make my BTC work for me in defi world?
the answer to it can be found in BTCFI .

It's a known fact that I have interest in Blockchain and tech.
As a crypto enthusiast I went to Sui meet up Kwara state and I must commend that SUI X BTCFI was quite eductive, mind opening and full of connecting with like minds. Thanks to the organisers for this great event.

Note! This is my personal opinion and opens to corrections.

Although section 134 of the constitution has it that whoever deemed to have been elected as a president of Nigeria must have highest number of votes and must not have less than 25% of votes cast in at least two-thirds of all states of the federation and FCT. The questions now are,
1-is FCT not seen as a state by the constitution?
2-What is the essence of AND if the FCT is considered a state?

The answer to the first question can be seen in section 299 of the Constitution which deemed FCT to be like any other states and gave them all constitutional rights that every state has. See details in S299(a)

Second answer, It is crystal clear that the interpretation of law is that the Constitution shall be read CONJUCTIVELY AND NOT DISJUNCTIVELY.

The community reading of section 3, section 132 sub 4 and 134 of the Constitution means that the candidate for an election into a presidential post must have 2/3 majority votes in all states of the Federation which FCT may or may not be a part.

It is that at anytime there is a use of AND in a legal drafting, such law or proviso must be read CONJUCTIVELY under the rules of interpretation.
