Good Morning Great One. This Morning, we will be considering How to build a Good Character.

The four Basic temperaments have been explained carefully and It has also been settled that your temperament does not control your Spirit, You have a Spirit-controlled Temperament.

Every Great Leader had to build character before Excellence. Your content is as important as the container. CHARACTER COUNTS!!!

The greatest success factor is Character.

BE POSITIVE
A change of Mindset begins with the desire to be positive at all times.Your Mind must be constantly renewed at all times with the word of Faith. You should admit that you are not who the world says you are but who God says you are..

This mindset helps you in your Journey to destiny.

True success is not a function of what you do, Its about Who you become.

MEDITATE ON THE RIGHT THINGS

In life, It is been observed that a Person is a Product of his meditation. Your Meditation becomes your expectations. If you Meditate on the right things, it shapes your entire Worldview. Whatever is true, pure, honest and lovely, Meditate on these things.

I have a Personal conviction about shaping my world from my Mind. The best index of failure and success is shaped in the Mind.Whatever you feed your mind, eventually feeds on you.

REJOICE ALWAYS

No matter your temperament and all, note that You can be who you want to be. No matter what is happening around you, Be happy always. What is behind you and what is ahead of you can not be compared to what is on your inside. I am a Miracle that has happened to the world. Let it be your daily confession.

Roles of Mentorship in Leadership and Discipleship

"A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you. Bob Proctor

Mentorship is the act of providing guidance by a more experienced person to a less experienced person by providing trust and modeling positive behaviours.

It is a fact that is indisputable that a journey into an unfamiliar destination is always easier by the guidance and direction of a friend who has been to such destination before.

Therefore a key role of mentorship which we will consider today is that of providing counsel.

Mentorship is sharing life experiences and Gods faithfulness...

Let us say that your purposes are the dreams and visions you have for your life. It therefore means that you need good counsel and counselors to bring such dreams to reality.

Over centuries, the lives and destinies of ordinary men and women have been revolutionized from mediocrity to greatness by the impact of mentorship.

The apostles of Jesus for example were common fishermen without the privileges of formal education.
But after these men had been with Jesus, they spoke so boldly any soundly before the council of lawyers and scribes that the audience took notice that the men had been with Jesus.
