Procedure to follow for the conclusion of refinery
Letter of intent indicating the intereste of the buyer on the refinary
Offer letter will be sent by the owner of the said refinary and if other detail of the buying company are needed , it will be indicated therein .
Acceptance of offer will be reply by the buyer
Having been received by the seller a day for inspection will be fixed preceding the day of inspection, a meeting will be arranged
The facilitators to discuss and all the necessary documents binding their part will be signed
The facilitators who we be part of inspection team will be chosen on the inspection day, the buyer, the seller and all the teams members meet briefly and the buyer formally introduce to the seller after the meeting ,as the case maybe or the team members or the selected few move to the company site for inspection.
Payment made to the seller and all the parties as prepared in the document
All logistics of those that we going for the inspection shall be sponsored by the buyers,
