Landlord walks in

Tenant: good morning landlord, you issued a 7 day notice to me instead of a 6 month notice because I am a yearly tenant.

Landlord: My lawyer said your yearly rent has expired so you are a tenant at will and therefore you are entitled to only a 7 day notice to quit.
The tenant began to argue with the landlord.

Dear tenants and landlords, a tenant whose rent has expired is entitled to a 7 day notice by law, he has a seven day grace period to evacuate the premises when he/she has refused and neglected to pay rent.

🔹What do you do when you mistakenly transfer money to a wrong bank account?

🔶First of, you should talk to your
lawyer about it, and then your lawyer would apply to the court for a court order which would order the bank that the money was wrongly transferred to,
to reverse the money to your bank account.

🔹but when the receiver has withdrawn the money before the court order comes, any amount that enters the receiver’s bank account subsequently would be reversed to your account.
