The IBA remains the global voice of the legal profession, bringing together leading legal practitioners, thought leaders, and institutions from across jurisdictions to shape the future of law and legal practice.

We are pleased to announce that the Principal of Seat of Wisdom Chambers Andrew Osemedua Odum, SAN, will be speaking at the 2026 Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.

He will be speaking on the important topic:

“E-Commerce and Procurement: Transforming Public Contracting through Digital Systems, Transparency and Local Capacity Development.”

The session will explore the evolving role of digital systems in public procurement and contracting, with particular focus on transparency, efficiency, accountability and the development of local capacity.
