🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL REGISTERED BUSINESS OWNERS IN NIGERIA
The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced that from 1st August 2026, it will begin strict enforcement of the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 relating to company business letters.
What does this mean?
It means that if your business is registered as a Limited Company, your official business documents must contain the required statutory information.
Your business letters should clearly display:
✅ Company Name
✅ RC Number
✅ Registered Office Address
✅ The present name (or initials) and surname of every director
✅ Former name(s), where applicable
✅ Nationality of any non-Nigerian director
This requirement applies to official company correspondence such as quotations, invoices, proposals, contracts, letters and other documents issued on behalf of the company.
If you own a registered company, now is the time to review and update your:

* Invoice templates
* Quotations
* Proposals
* Official document templates
