All "editorials", "moderators", committee or volunteer members MUST be owner(s), and can be nominated; The filter is specific and especially to with regards to the spoken and unspoken person(s)/ entity, or as such having related conflict of interest should there be managerial or contractor-ship jobs identifiable or indirectly 'beneficial' to their favor.
