AUTOMATIC INHERITANCE 🚩

Do you know that in Malaysia, there's no such thing as automatic inheritance?

Meaning to say, you can't just assume that your assets will go to your spouse or children because of the existence of Distribution Act 1958. The laws have clearly laid out on who shall inherit your assets including the portion. So, in simpler words, you can't just verbally say that "all my assets will go to my children".

You too can't say that there is automatic inheritance because a lawyer first has to be appointed to apply for court orders at the High Court before any transfer or inheritance can be done.

"Ignorance is bliss" doesn't apply here. Be a responsible being and start your planning today! ✨
