Grateful to be back at Evolution Boot Camp from 20โ22 January โ and this time, returning not just as a participant, but once again as a facilitator.
This marks my 5th boot camp in ERA, and each round continues to challenge me, stretch me, and remind me how powerful the right environment, structure, and people can be for personal growth.
What makes Evolution special is that every boot camp feels different. New insights, deeper reflections, and more meaningful conversations emerge each time. Being part of the facilitation team also allowed me to observe growth from a different perspective โ witnessing breakthroughs, courage, and commitment from participants is both humbling and inspiring.
This journey is never walked alone. Deep appreciation to the trainers Chris Chen Fun Yen, Kevin Lim, and Eric Goh Cheng Chuan for their unwavering dedication, clarity, and leadership. Your guidance consistently creates a safe yet challenging space for transformation.
Thankful for the opportunity to serve, to learn, and to grow together. Looking forward to continuing this journey of evolution โ one step, one decision, and one breakthrough at a time.
