နှစ်သစ်မှာ အရေးကြီးဆုံးကတော့ အတိတ်က အညစ်အကြေးတွေကို လွှတ်ချနိုင်တဲ့ စိတ်ထားပဲ။ နှစ်ဟောင်းမှာ ကြုံခဲ့ရတဲ့ စိတ်နာစရာတွေ၊ အဆင်မပြေမှုတွေနဲ့ အာဃာတတွေကို အိတ်အဟောင်းကြီးတစ်ခုလို ထမ်းမလာပါနဲ့တော့။ 'ပြီးခဲ့တာတွေ ပြီးပါပြီ' ဆိုပြီး လွှတ်ချလိုက်မှသာ နှစ်သစ်ခရီးကို ပေါ့ပေါ့ပါးပါးနဲ့ ဝေးဝေးသွားနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

နောက်ပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့်မှာရှိနေတဲ့ အရာလေးတွေကို တန်ဖိုးထားတတ်တဲ့ ရောင့်ရဲတင်းတိမ်တဲ့ စိတ်ကလေးကိုလည်း မွေးမြူရမယ်။ 'ငါ့မှာ ဒါမရှိလို့၊ ဟိုဟာမရလို့' ဆိုပြီး မပြည့်စုံတာတွေကို လိုက်ကြည့်ပြီး စိတ်ညစ်နေမယ့်အစား ရှိနေတာလေးတွေနဲ့ အေးချမ်းအောင် နေတတ်ဖို့ လိုတယ်။ သည်းခံခြင်းဆိုတဲ့ စိတ်ထားကလည်း နှစ်သစ်မှာ အင်မတန် အရေးကြီးတယ်။ လောကမှာ လောကဓံဆိုတာ လာဦးမှာပဲ၊ အဲ့ဒီအခါ 'ဒါဟာ လောကရဲ့ သဘောပဲ' လို့ သည်းခံနိုင်တဲ့စိတ်ရှိရင် ဘယ်လိုအပူမျိုးပဲလာလာ ကိုယ့်စိတ်ကို မလောင်မြိုက်နိုင်တော့ဘူး။

အဓိကကတော့ ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို မေတ္တာရှေ့ထားတဲ့ မျက်လုံးနဲ့ ကြည့်တတ်ဖို့ပဲ။ အပြစ်ရှာတဲ့စိတ်ထက် 'အားလုံး အဆင်ပြေကြပါစေ' ဆိုတဲ့ စေတနာစိတ်နဲ့ ဆက်ဆံမယ်ဆိုရင် ကိုယ့်ဆီကိုလည်း မေတ္တာတွေပဲ ပြန်လာလိမ့်မယ်။ အရာရာမှာ သတိနဲ့ အသိဉာဏ်ကို ယှဉ်ပြီး ဆုံးဖြတ်တတ်တဲ့ စိတ်ထားမျိုးရှိနေရင်တော့ ဘယ်တော့မှ လမ်းမှားမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့် နှစ်သစ်မှာ အဝတ်အစားသစ်တွေ လဲသလို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ စိတ်ထားဟောင်းတွေကိုလည်း ဒီလို စိတ်ထားကောင်းလေးတွေနဲ့ လဲလှယ်ကြည့်ကြပါ။ စိတ်ထားစင်ကြယ်နေတဲ့သူအတွက် နှစ်သစ်ရဲ့ နေ့ရက်တိုင်းဟာ မင်္ဂလာရှိတဲ့ နေ့ရက်တွေ ဖြစ်နေမှာပါ"
